Number 12 is based by the lake in a beautiful picturesque location. This caravan is modern and spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen, private washing line and even your own Pedalo to use on the lake.

Lodge on the lake comprises of

Large lounge with a gas fire,comfy sofas and chairs, large TV with freeview and a DVD player

Double patio doors overlooking the lake

The dining area has a tablewith 4 chairs which then leads to the fully equipped kitchen including a gas cooker, microwave,fridge, freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and iron

The shower room has a shower,toilet and sink

There is 3 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms of which one has a large en-suite, with a large shower, toilet and sink

One single room with single bunk beds

Gas central heating throughout

Large terrace onto the lake, with a gate for your own private fishing

Private parking next to the lodge

Duvets and pillows are provided, you will need to bring your own bedding or this can be provided by Butlins at a cost of £40 per stay

Accommodation only – Please note Butlins Skyline, complex facilities and entertainment are closed during these periods. The swimming pool, crazy golf and funfair are usually open when private hire events are on so please check for details. The caravan park is self contained with a supermarket and pub plus it’s own fishing lake and provides an excellent base for local tourist attractions. Butlins is located opposite the sea front, adjacent to the golf course and in walking distance to the Steam Railway and town centre. Accommodation breaks provide excellent budget accommodation for those wishing to make the most of the caravan park’s facilities without Butlins entertainment.

Hire prices include electricity and gas.

Entertainment passes are included in our prices for 2019 season unless stated with a * symbol..

A £25 discount will be given if two consecutive hire slots are booked together

Found the caravans owned by Dave on the off chance and so glad I did! We have stayed in caravans across the country for years and I can honestly say, by far, the caravan we stayed in at the weekend was the nicest and cleanest caravan we have ever stayed in! Perfect location, caravan so spacious and the decking was really nice addition especially with a 4 year old and a little dog. I also cannot fault Dave, communication was excellent, really really friendly, helpful and polite! Would highly recommend and when we next go to butlins I wouldn’t book with anyone else!! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful caravan!
