Number 23 is located by the lake and is a large and spacious caravan that boasts a warm and cosy feel, fully equipped kitchen and the benefit of an outside terrace to relax in after a busy day.

Large lounge with a warm homely feel with double patio doors overlooking the lake

A large dining table with chairs

A good sized kitchen equipped with a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron

And kitchen utensils

There are 3 bedrooms, one double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each

Shower room with toilet and sink

Separate toilet with sink

Gas central heating through out

The terrace has table andchairs and is off of the patio doors from the front which gives fantastic lakeside views

Duvets and pillows are provided, you will need to bring your own bedding or this can be provided by Butlins at a cost of £40 per stay

Accommodation only – Please note Butlins Skyline, complex facilities and entertainment are closed during these periods. The swimming pool, crazy golf and funfair are usually open when private hire events are on so please check for details. The caravan park is self contained with a supermarket and pub plus it’s own fishing lake and provides an excellent base for local tourist attractions. Butlins is located opposite the sea front, adjacent to the golf course and in walking distance to the Steam Railway and town centre. Accommodation breaks provide excellent budget accommodation for those wishing to make the most of the caravan park’s facilities without Butlins entertainment.

Hire prices include electricity and gas.

Entertainment passes are included in our prices for 2019 season unless stated with a * symbol..

A £25 discount will be given if two consecutive hire slots are booked together

All advertised entertainment is subject to change by Butlins without notice.

Please note some events held at Butlins require separate tickets to be purchased such as Arena Events, Shine, Spring Harvest and DARTS .

Had a lovely stay in one of daves caravans next to the lake. Caravan was clean tidy and had great views Myself and family had a relaxing break and butlins had plenty to do for all the family

We stayed in one of Dave's caravans the last week of August. The caravan was very clean and tidy and very spacious. would definitely like to go back in the future as the kids loved it. We also made full use of the veranda. Thanks again Dave
